Bill West
PROFESSIONAL OVERVIEW

​My name is Bill West. I assist Florida business owners with the valuation and confidential sale of their businesses. I enjoy working with businesses to prepare them for a sale to a buyer using an SBA 7a loan to finance the acquisition. This approach expands buyer opportunities and enables sellers to move confidently to closing while demanding full value for their business. Only qualified buyers are considered.​
For over twenty years, I held leadership roles in commercial lending. In 1992, I began helping Florida entrepreneurs focus their businesses and obtain financing. Since this time, I have consulted, owned, operated and served as an officer or director of numerous Florida businesses, several banks and commercial loan companies, multiple independent authorities, public/private partnerships, and non-profit organizations. I have been fortunate to have been honored with several major awards for my work.

As for education, I put myself through night school after four years in the Marines. I now hold an MBA/Finance from International College and a BA/Organizational Management from Warner University. I also hold an American Institute of Bankers Bank Operations Diploma and a Diploma from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Along the way I became a decorated Marine Corps combat logistician and was awarded the McLaughlin Award by the Florida Economic Development Council.
